All the colours of the rainbow come from one source; all the different shades of skin come from the same biological process; and all the colours of the world are as beautiful as one another. Colour can be judged harshly when really every colour in the spectrum is unique to itself. You don’t look at chocolate Labradors and think, “that’s a horrible colour,” you look at it and fall in adoration of it, because they’re cute. Every creature, living thing and object is the colour it is, to represent something special; they all have a specific effect on each individual person. We need to undo what we have taught ourselves about what colours mean or represent; red doesn’t necessarily mean anger, or warnings; it’s also passion, roses and love.
Orange doesn’t have to represent ginger hair, there’s auburn, strawberry blonde, and copper red, just to name a few… Orange means fire, heat, and hotheadedness; rather than nutrition and health that we get through our everyday favourite fruits and vegetables.
Yellow comes from the sun, yet birds are usually always coloured in yellow by children; yellow is the colour of the sand underneath your feet and the potassium we get from bananas; it’s also the saying “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.”
Green is the calming effect of nature; you close your eyes and picture yourself in a meadow and you see seas of green. Green is the most natural colour on Earth, yet it’s also associated with jealousy, evil, and sickness. Wicked witches are always portrayed as being green; they are never attractive, yet Juice Wrld sings in his Lucid Dream song, ‘Who knew evil girls have the prettiest face?’
Out of the rainbow…
Colours are a disguise. Colours are associated with things that aren’t necessarily correct or true. Whilst black and white are the MOST judged colours on the planet, they don’t class as colours. Black and white are not called colours in physics because they don’t have specific wavelengths. If people in this world saw it this way, they would realize that we are all equal; therefore, one is no better than the other. We are the same.
The crown chakras are what connect us to spirit, the Divine. If you need grounding, you should picture a bright white light coming in through the crown of your head and going through you; through each chakra until it goes through your root chakra. Picture it beaming through you and going straight to the core of the Earth, and gravity is pulling you down. The light is what feeds your soul, the light is what connects you and more importantly, protects you through the power of Spirit.
They do come from one light. That light is: the light of the universe and love.
Another way to help ground yourself is through using crystals. The best crystals for your crown chakras are: Clear Quartz, Selenite, Labradorite and many others. Do you want to start your collection and buy crystals? Visit my friend’s website Zaia, she makes crystal jewelry, as well as sells the stones individually.
